About Us
Established July 2020, Bike PCB was born from a love of three simple pleasures: Bikes, Bagels, and Brew (coffee + beer). Our founder, Ryan, started this journey with five Walmart bikes, a dream, and a “garage” in Panama City Beach, Florida.
On a cool March evening in 2021, after months of preparation, Ryan led B3ARS’ (pronounced bears) first bike tour. That evening a family of four from Minnesota would unknowingly set the wheels in motion for what Bike PCB is today. While we offered bagels and coffee (or pizza and soda-pop) on our first 209 tours, our focus has now pivoted to what we do best — bicycles. The dream of adding these elements is still alive, and we look forward to expanding our offerings in the future.

Self-Guided Adventures
Our self-guided tours, launched in 2023, include options like the St. Andrews State Park Tour and the Grizzly Bear, where you can pedal past beautiful waterfront views, local restaurants, and out to the Conservation Park. By eliminating the tour guide, you can ride longer, stop and stay longer, still have on-call support (should an issue arise), and pay less!

Committed to Conservation
Florida has approximately 4,000 black bears, and they’re becoming increasingly isolated due to development. That’s why we donate a percentage of each bicycle self-checkout to help protect Florida Black Bear habitat. To date, we’ve donated bicycles, money, and time to improving the local community.
